GenoSIS supports attribute queries. A simple attribute query can be constructed using the "Select by Attributes" function in the "Selection" menu. For example, "Show a genome wide map of mouse genes that have been annotated to enzyme regulator activity". From the GO_function layer of 7673 genes with GO molecular function annotation (grey), select genes with enzyme regulator activity function.
