The first column σωm is the average measurement error, the second σs is the spot variation, and the third σc is the channel variation. The fourth column is the median fold-change, exp [(ζ1j - ζ2j) ln(2)], between the two channels. The last column is the ratio of median fold-change to median fold-change for concentration 1.
