The mean correlation coefficient decreases as the minimum overlapping length increases. In addition, the effect of probe filtering is much stronger in U95Av2 than U133A. (b) Percentage of Present calls in the masked dataset compared to the original dataset. It drops down sharply after the minimum overlapping length of around 18 bp.
