Comparison of the microbial genes annotated in GenBank files with the CDSs predicted by the AMIGA strategy. This file contains, for 26 available bacterial genomes, the number of CDSs annotated in GenBank files and the number of CDSs predicted by the AMIGA strategy. A status is assign to additional CDSs: Wrong or Suspicious for the Gene Not Found and New or Ambiguous for the potential New Genes.
