Editing the lineage specification file. The lineage specification file used by iSGv2.1 allows the users to specify motifs
(A) and templates (B) for different lineages (subtrees or clades). In this example,
the motif "Lipocalin prosite motif (PS00213)" is set for the "root" lineage, which
covers the entire guide tree. Another motif "template" is used to provide the length
constraints for 19 subsequences.
