Amounts of reducing sugar, glucose and protein in the reaction medium containing Crinipellis perniciosa mycelium and crude enzyme extract, native and heat-denatured Trichoderma harzianum 1051 purified protease (75 U), or Trichoderma harzianum 1051 culture medium containing proteolytic activity (220 U).
